What is it that helps you to remember love, connection, belonging when you are feeling cut off, shut down, hurt, alone and angry, when you are in your judging self, a very young self that does not feel lovable?
How can you come out of that place of thoughts, of trance and into your body, feeling the feelings and sensations?
For that young, tender and vulnerable part of us, sometimes we need someone to help us re-connect with ourselves; a counsellor, a friend, a meditation/yoga/dance teacher or quite simply a massage… touch, our first communicative experience
